I recently purchased a GROM BT3 for 04 Lexus LS430. I installed the unit, my phone is able to connect via BT but I can't hear any sound????

Please make sure the stereo is in GROM mode. For your vehicle it is external CD changer more - press DISC button until you see "DISK 1 TRACK 1" on the stereo. Also make sure that the phone's Bluetooth volume is all the way up. The Bluetooth volume on the phone is different from the regular volume, and it can be lowered dow by the phone upon the initial connection. Simply check the volume while your phone is connected to GROM-CAR Bluetooth.
Also double-check your Bluetooth connection settings, and make sure the phone is connected to GROM-CAR for both audio and phone calls.
