Are you still connected to GROM-CAR Bluetooth connection, both for phone calls and media streaming? If so, we recommend resetting the Bluetooth connection, as shown here:

and then reconnecting again. Please restart your smartphone after resetting. Note that you need to connect to GROM-CAR Bluetooth within 3 minutes after entering the vehicle.
