Volvo HU850 - No audio via USB

Hi,

Fitted a USB3 kit in my Volvo V70, all fitted fine (although the multi pin din connection is upside down) but can't get audio from my phone usb. When I connect the usb cable from the unit to the phone it says no apps support Dashlinq, but when I try to down load there's nothing on Google Play store.

The GROM-USB3 no longer supports USB Audio playback on Android phones due to the Android stopped supporting USB audio a few years ago. We do not have the Dashlinq app on the Play Store anymore, as the USB streaming was disabled on Android phones.

USB streaming is available for the iPhone, and you can play music using the GROM-USB3 via a USB cable from an iPhone.

As for the Android phone music streaming, you will need to use Bluetooth. You can add a GROM-BTD Bluetooth dongle to your GROM-USB3 car kit for Bluetooth functionality - hands-free phone calls and wireless music streaming.
