So, on friday dec31, i did a wifi update in my garage, which downloaded fine. Then i clicked install. It did its thing. Screen went black before a static video feed displayed before going solid black again. Cycled power ove the car to boot back up. Still only had static screen.
Next i found the firmware flash method with the renamed .hex file for my Tenvl2 unit. I followed the steps in the trouble shooter. And now the device doesnt react when i press AUX (my units entry method into the VL menu). Now i have no vline capability and no rear cam in the car.
Submitted tech help ticket, but curious if anyone knows if my deck is just bricked, or if it was a bad update that caused this.
