Troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that when you are connected via wireless CarPlay, your phone is not being connected to CarPlay via USB (USB1 port of VLine), for example for charging. It will create the confusion in the system. The remedy is to simply disconnect the iPhone from USB, and connect wireless only.
2. Make sure that when you are connected via wireless CarPlay, you are not connected for Android Auto via USB (either port of VLine). Otherwise the system will be confused as to what to activate first. If you need to charge your phone, use separate charger for it - do not plug into VLine.
