Troubleshooting:
1. Make sure that when you are connected via Android Auto, you are not connected via wireless (or wired) CarPlay at the same time with your iPhone. You need to disconnect CarPlay if you are connecting via Android Auto.
2. Make sure that you use high quality Android USB cables, and no or short extension cable. Optimal cable length, including extensions, is up to 6FT. If experiencing connectivity issues with Android auto, try to use different USB cable, plug USB cable directly to VLine without the USB extensions.
