Vline2 is not working and won’t connect to phone

My Vline2 on my GS350 won’t connect to CarPlay. I have factory reset the unit and did Wi-Fi/BT reset and deleted everything off my phone and still gets stuck on “waiting on UI” anyone know what else I can do?!

I had the same problem. You hav go to Settings —> Personal Hotspot, verify / turn on Maximize Compatibility.
