VLine randomly loses signal and switches back to OEM screen at random

Seemingly randomly in my Acura RDX 2008, while driving (only, it seems like), the screen will momentarily go black, I will lose all audio like music I am listening to, the OEM nav will pop up, then without doing anything, Vline will come back. Whole thing takes about 3-5 seconds to come back.. The Vline is not losing power, because when it recovers, music is still playing and everything Is just as it was. Any help appreciated

It is possible due to a loose connection, and when the car hits the bumps, sometimes the screen goes black. Please contact our technical team at https://gromaudio.com/support.html and report it to them. They will look deeper into what can cause it.
