Lexus GX470

I have a GROM Vline 2 installed on my GX470. I have been using it without too many issues for about a year. Yesterday the USB ports both 1 and 2 stopped working. So now CarPlay via USB does not work. I have tried other USB cables but they still don't work. What are some trouble shooting steps I can take?
It will not change either while connected.

You need to use the USB1 for CarPlay. If you are using the extension, try to plug the iPhone directly to the USB1 port of the VLine.
