I have two of these units in a 2010 and 2012 IS250. I have been chasing stability/lockup issues with the units in both vehicles since installation and have received support but still do not have stability on the units. I have to unplug the power to the units and reconfigure connectivity with the iPhones to get them reconnected and back online. I was provided a new version of the FW back in May of this year but was never able to get it installed as the interface would not recognize the USB key. I am wondering what the latest version of the android 12 is available. i have not yet looked to see if there is a version ready for download on the units themselves yet.

If you bought your systems after May 1st 2024, you do not need to pay for Android 12 upgrade.
