VLine 2 broken ?

Installed for 3 months ago a Vline 2 in a Landcruiser 200 . Was working 30-60 min before screen got black. Restart all ok for 30-60 min.
now it will not start ( black screen ).
Can i update/reboot the unit over USB ?
Where can i find software ? Corrrect software
