Android 12 Update Issue

Hi,

I am having an issue with my Android 12 upgrade. The system is now stuck on a screen where it wants to download the update, but it never does and just stays at 0%. the only option i have is to go to wifi and select wifi and click download but it never downloads and now my Head unit is unusable.

Sorry to hear this is happening! Have you tried different WiFi sources to confirm this is not related to the WiFi network you are using?

If you open the WiFi option from this Download Screen, you should be able to connect the VLine to a different WiFi source.

I have tried everything, to the point of getting to recovery and doing a factory reset and it still gets me back here.

In this case, most likely we will need to send you a MicroSD card to reinstall the software fully and allow you to update once again.

Even getting the sdcard from support has not been helpful and ive still been stuck with this issue.
