Backup camera stopped working after installing Vline Vl2

My original backup camera stopped working when I installed the vline2. It blinks for one second and turns to black screen after shifting from parking to reverse.
 
My backup camera doesn’t work either. my car is a 2013 Lexus GS350. I tried contacting support but no response for over a week.

My backup camera had long been not working. 2007 Lexus LS460. I installed latest firmware and now all the "buttons" in my dash are not working because Vline has "taken over".

This also began happening for me when I upgrade from V2OVL3.41.0.0 to V2OVL3.43.0.0. It must have been something in those two updates. admin, is there any way to downgrade the firmware? I also tried submitting a message on the support page but haven't heard back.

Edit: I have a Vline 2 for LEX6 on a Lexus IS250 2010.

My backup camera has been working fine on my 2010 Lexus IS350 until the latest OS and firmware update a few days ago. I already contacted support but no reply yet.

I was able to resolve the issue by manually downgrading the firmware to v49. I was able to get the firmware from https://gromaudio.com/software-vl1.html. It works for VL2 even though it says VL1.

I'm going to try that this morning, thanks for the tip. I feel like for as expensive as this unit is, it works maybe 75% of the time. I use it exclusively to get wireless carplay in my Lexus, and it mostly works, but randomly won't from time to time and it's super frustrating.
 
My Lexus IS350 2012 is also having the exact same issues after the latest firmware update, my backup camera currently doesn’t work . It would flicker and go back to the vline screen.
 
I think there might be something wrong with that form. I used to be able to submit questions there and received a reply pretty quickly with a ticket number but as of the last few times it just doesn't work. Trying to make a ticket in the portal using one of the links that I had from a reply before also doesn't work. Someone should try verifying that the ticketing system is still working.
