GROM Audio carries 30 days money back guarantee. It means you can return GROM product back to us within 30 days after you receive it. In addition there is one year manufacturer warranty on GROM car kits, and 18 month warranty on VLine VL2 system.

Update to our return policy: we now carry a 45-day standard return policy. The 45-day period starts on the day you receive the product from us. GROM VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 systems also come with an 18-month warranty. The manufacturer warranty on all other GROM Audio products is one year.
