Noises using Bluetooth Volvo HU-603

In my Volvo I'm getting "zipzipzipzipzip" noises when using the Bluetooth dongle on my USB3 especially between tracks and when the songs have quiet moments.
The last Firmware is already installed but it didn't make a difference.

Our other Volvo has a HU605 with a cheap "Bluemusic" BT adaptor and there are no noticeable noises.

Could need some help

I don't think that a noise cancelation filter has been in the package when I ordered mine 2014 from a german online shop called "Umno-Tech"

That was 11 years ago! Did this ticking sound just start to occur? We sell noise canceling attachment separately here:

Yes, I know that was eleven years ago.^^
I wanted to keep the radio then as I do now for aesthetic reasons.
The noises felt like they were always there, but lately they've really been bothering me... I guess I've developed an ear for them over time

I'm assuming that the black USB3 model is technically still the same, but the delivery with the filter was probably years later, right?

Looks like a 20pin ATX extension. I think I'll build one myself because no store in Germany seems to have one and with shipping it will cost me around 60€ wich actually is too expensive for something that has no guarantee that it actually works.

OK, I received a 20-pin ATX extension and a fuse/filter box. Could you please show me where 12V and GND are on the Grom USB3 port so I don't cause a short circuit? Perhaps it's better to do it via PM, because otherwise anyone could do it.


The wiring harness does not seem to be available in the UK
