VLINE2 never finishes booting

The VLINE2 on my 2016 Lexus RX450h is stuck on the VLINE Boot screen with the steering wheel moving back and forth. It worked Yesterday and then today when I started the car it stayed on the boot screen for over 30 minutes on my drive to work. Any Ideas on how to fix it?
 
Try to disconnect the unit from the power interface cable (20-pin connector), and let it "sit" disconnected for about 10 minutes. Then reconnect it back and restart the ignition. See if that will help.
 
Nope. I completely disconnected the unit from all external connections and let it sit for 30 minutes. Still getting the same boot loop as before. Support ticket opened, but this is really ridiculous immediately after an update was installed.
