1. Eligibility. The GROM 2019 Product Video Post Giveaway is open to anyone over the age of 18. GROM Product Video Post Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on January 24th, 2019 and ends on March 23, 2019, at 11.59 PM Pacific Standard Time (“Giveaway Period”).
The Giveaway is subject to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), and by entering, Entrant agrees to be bound by them.
2. Qualifying Submissions: A “Qualifying Submission” is defined in the Video Contest page
and is submitted by an Entrant that meets the criteria set forth in the submission requirements (“Submission Requirements” section of these Official Rules.
The Qualifying Submission must only contain content related to 2019 Product Video Post Giveaway.
3. Submission Requirements: As a condition of your Entry’s eligibility for judging, you warrant and represent that your
Entry does not violate or infringe any third party’s intellectual property or personal rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity,
right of privacy, moral rights, or trade secrets, and must not in any way violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Verification of Potential Winners. Each prize winner will be announced on GROM social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
The winners will be notified via private notification no later than three (3) days following the selection of winners. If the winner fails to respond within next three (3) days,
then the potential winner will be deemed disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
6. Prizes: Five (5) gift cards valuing at $100 will be awarded to five (5) qualifying winners. Judging will be done based on creativity and quality of the submission.
7. Publicity. The winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use social media alias (his or her name (first name and initial of surname
if available), for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law.
8. Privacy and Use of Promotion Information. Any personal information received by the Sponsor regarding this Promotion such as name,
and email address will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at http://gromaudio.com/privacy.html
9. Right to use. All materials, submitted by the Entrants into 2019 Product Video Post Giveaway, become the property of the GROM Audio.
By entering this Giveaway the Entrant hereby grants the GROM Audio a perpetual royalty-free, distribute, modify, display and perform publicly and otherwise use,
and authorize others to use, submitted content for 2019 Product Video Post Giveaway for any marketing purposes.
10. Right to cancel. GROM Audio reserves the right to cancel giveaway at any time, with or without the reason, with or without the notice.
11. Your agreement. By participating in the GROM 2019 Product Video Post Giveaway you agree to all the rules of the giveaway.
