I have a Lexus LS430 2005. Want to install GROM but my navigation system is not working well. Does that mean I can’t get GROM installed by a professional?

What is currently not working properly as far as the factory navigation system? Depending on the issue, the VLine may or may not work as intended.

No map at all in the screen. No navigation function just clock, screen, radio.

The VLine should work as long as there is an LCD display and the navigation used to work. You can contact us directly at https://gromaudio.com/support.html and send us a photo of your stereo, while it is playing in FM mode. We will review and let you know if it will work with VLine VL2 system.
