Unable to volume up from car's original unit on bluetooth mode

Today I installed the BT3 module in my 2002 Cherokee Liberty.I can get the sound on bluetooth but unable to volume up from the car's unit.I can able to volume down from the car's unit.I can only make the volume up from my iphone when on bluetooth mode.

Are you able to adjust the volume up using the steering wheel controls?

I can not adjust the volume up with steering wheel controls but I can adjust the volume down and change the tracks with steering wheel controls.
