No audio from iPhone15 with TOYNU3

Client called letting our team know he updated to the new iPhone and he no longer has audio.
"Land Cruiser in 2019: I got an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and with the proper USB-A to USB-C cable I no longer can get audio in to work from the phone."
Before we respond, we would like to know how to best tackle this inquiry.

Try to restart the iPhone and see if that will help. Also, see if the iPhone shows any pop-up messages upon the USB connection, maybe the customer needs to select "Connect for Audio" or something.
So far we do not have any reports for the iPhone 15 not playing sound via USB.
