If the VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 was working for some time, and then you received black screen either in VLine mode or in all stereo modes.
If the screen is black at all times, then it's best to try hard resetting the device by removing power and reconnecting it.
There are 3 main ways to do that:
1. All cables are fully plugged into the VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 main module at all times.
2. The Bluetooth antenna is securely connected and stays intact, and no metal parts obscure the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signal.
2. You can access the system's USB ports if the update via USB is required.

- Unplug the VLine's 20 pin black connector for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Disconnect the Negative Battery terminal for 10-15 minutes
- Disconnect the Radio Fuse/Fuses for 10-15 minutes
