HELP - I am stuck on a “preferences” page

I recently updated firmware and software. After that I got (somehow?) into this Preferences location. The 13 was already input there for gallons. It will not let me exit as the odometer “must be greater than zero”.

I have a 2015 Lexus RX450H. I have no way to input anything! When i click on the zero - no pop up tab comes up for me to choose numbers. I can’t exit out, the up, down etc - all keys - nothing works.

What do I do?

We are have seen this issue pop up a couple of times recently and are looking into it!

You can do any number of things to fix this, below are a few options:
1. Plug a USB Keyboard into the VLine and input the number
2. Unplug the VLine unit for 1-2 minutes and reconnect it
3. Disconnect the radio fuses for 10-15 minutes
4. Disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes

If you notice the keyboard does not work in other areas, please let us know so we can look further into that!
