  • Incoming calls revert to cars Bluetooth

I have a 2016 Lexus gx with nav. Vlite installed by authorized dealer. Incoming calls revert to the cars Bluetooth, and crashes Android Auto. Then when Android Auto automatically restarts, the call goes back to Android Auto but not Bluetooth, only handset or handset speaker phone. Outgoing calls seem to work fine as long as they are initiated through phone or Android Auto. Also I have a pixel 7pro

You need to make sure that you connected your smartphone to the factory Bluetooth for the phone calls, and to GROM VLite VT2 for the media. Please check the how-to video here:

    https://youtu.be/OjV0bFsvhtY

You can also try to restart the smartphone, and reset the Android Auto connection as shown here:

The last would be to reboot the VLite, as shown here:

In such case after you reboot the VLite, you will have to reconnect the Android Auto.

I am having the exact same issue with a Samsung Ultra S22 and a Toyota Land Cruiser 2019 model. I have tried the above to no avail.

The Android Auto phone calls go through the factory Bluetooth. You can accept, reject and start the phone call using the Android Auto screen, But the actual call and conversation will be through your factory stereo system.

If you will need any additional help with your setup, contact our technical team at https://gromaudio.com/support.html They will help.
