Important note - your system should run on Android 12. If you ordered the system prior to May 15th 2024, you need to order the Android 12 update here:
    https://gromaudio.com/store/accessor...-f-a12ota.html

If you ordered the system on or after May 15th 2024, you should be able to update it to Android 12, or it already runs on Android 12.

UPDATE: it's all working great after updating the firmware thru USB stick.

        Be careful before updating!

I tried updating the Vline yesterday, I was up to date as of September (and of course v12), I started by updating the software and it went well, after that I updated the firmware and it never completed the firmware update its not booting up anymore.

Does the new update apply to VLite as well? I'm on Android 8 on my VLite system, wondering if it's time to update to Android 12 so that I can get this latest update.
