As the title says, BT3 muted or no sound but only when used with the European spec OEM head unit.
No problem using USB3 with the European spec head unit.
BT3 works fine with Acura and JDM spec head unit.
Car: European spec Honda NSX.
GROM device: BT3 (MBUSDB3)
Detail on NSX Prime here:

Basically, after successfully playing music through BT3 via both the Bluetooth and the AUX input, if you change the head unit mode to radio or switching it off, you’ll no longer manage to play any music afterwards through BT3.
Only happens when used with European spec head unit and no problem when used with Acura or JDM spec head unit.
As in the above link, it's almost like BT3 went into muted mode because increasing the volume control on the head unit has no effect on the background sound/noise even at max setting.
In fact, no background sound/noise at all and just dead silent.
One potential cause is the difference in head unit mode selection.
With the JDM and Acura unit, when mode selector is pressed, it will cycle through as follows;
AM -> FM -> CD -> back to AM
With the European spec;
UKW (FM) -> CD -> LW -> MW -> back to UKW
As mentioned, even with the European spec head unit, GROM USB3 works fine.
Hope someone at GROM can look into this and update the firmware.
Thank you.
