VLine VL2 switches randomly back to Radio + car settings picture

Hi folks,
installed the VLine couple of days ago in my Saab 9-5 NG and the screen is randomly switching back to Radio and the switching back to the VLine. This happens sometimes all few seconds, sometimes, when in the Apple car play menu it is for 10min okay without switching back to the radio but it still happens. Back to the general settings and it happens all 5-10sec. In some menus the screen turns completely black for 10-15sec

another question:
the car settings, where you can monitor driving time, fuel consumption, etc … is there any possibility to get a different background logo? I have a Acura visible and would like to change it to a different car type (SAAB would be of course very nice).

Okay, this forum seems unfortunately not very responsive. Customer support is obviously non of the important topics.
anyway, I „fixed“ the screen flickering issue with turning of the „display car settings“ or however it is called.
the other topic is still unsolved.
