I have a GROM Vline 2 installed on my GX470. I have been using it without too many issues for about a year. Yesterday the USB ports both 1 and 2 stopped working. So now CarPlay via USB does not work. I have tried other USB cables but they still don't work. What are some trouble shooting steps I can take? TIA

For CarPlay you need to use USB1 port only. Can you please check if USB keeps charging? You can also try using different iPhone. The cables should be genuine Apple cables, as the replicas might not be reliable.
If you are using USB extension cable, we recommend that you plug the iPhone cable directly to the USB port instead and see if that will help.
You can also restart you iPhone.Comment
