  • VLINE Crash and switch to Radio

Installed the VLINE2 in my Opel today, now the display keeps automatically switching from VLINE to the radio for a few seconds.

    See video: https://youtube.com/shorts/rI1JwPISm3E?feature=share

    Does anyone know a solution?

I just installed in a Volvo over the weekend and was having the same problem. Today I get nothing on the screen at all. In between there was a peroid where it acted like a toddler was randomly mashing buttons on the center console...

I have the radio installed since Saturday and unfortunately still the problem. This morning the problem was not there, this afternoon unfortunately again. This is completely sporadic ... unfortunately I have not yet received a response from support

Check if the firmware and software updates are available for your vehicle. Here is how to: https://youtu.be/UrQ2TWJ5v1Q
If the updates are available, go ahead and install them as shown in the video.

You might need to power cycle the unit to get it to appear again. Can you try unplugging the black 20 pin connector from the VLine for 30 seconds, then reconnect it to see if the VLine appears?
