Bluetooth Default Off

My Bluetooth setting default is "off" every time it turns out. Anyone else encounter this problem and find a solution.

Did the problem start after the firmware update?

So, I had not done the firmware update. I went ahead and updated the firmware. Problem persisted. So, I do a full wipe and reboot and problem is solved. Thanks for the quick reply!
