Camaro 7inch mylink screen black

I have a 2013 camaro I just purchased with the VL2 installed.

I went to do the update to a new version and that worked fine.

I then went to try and do a firmware update. now my screen is black.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is there a place to download GM firmware file? I looked and did not see that anywhere.
