  • 2010 Nissan Murano Problems with using while wired

I use the wired version exclusively to keep my phone charged while traveling. The VLine has started cutting out requiring me to pull over and stop the car to turn the car off, let it sit, and turn back on to "reset". Yesterday, the VLine was working but during a trip the screen turned everything pink. All the app icons, the Waze screen everything. Changed the screen to the normal setting and it looked fine. Turned back to AUX and VLine...still pink. I then parked the car. Turned it off and sat. Still pink. I have since let it sit overnight and it appears normal again. Is there an update or a way to reset the VLine when this happens.

If it helps it is my Murano in your install video from a year ago.

Hello, if we made a video of your Murano, does it mean you are local to Plano, TX? If so, you can contact us and stop by so we can take a look at what is happening. Please contact us at https://gromaudio.com/support.html

A few other things that you can try:
    1. Reset the unit by unplugging it from the power cable MCFNIS8, let it "sit" for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the main unit to the cables and stereo, and cycle the ignition. It should reset the unit.

    2. Reset the unit via the reset function in Settings:

    3. Update firmware and software to the latest, as it is shown here:
