Can't swipe text or map views

While in Android Auto, I can't use a finger swipe to move my map views in waze or google maps. I can't scroll down through a list of destinations, or through a list of music titles in the SeriusXM App. Can anyone use a finger swipe to scroll through lists or views, or is this just something going on with my system only? I'm driving a 2011 Maxima with Nav. and using wireless Android Auto with Coolwalk.

The touchscreen in your vehicle does not support the swipes. You need to use the up and down arrows to scroll through the lists. You might want to adjust the display offset of your screen while in VLine mode, as shown here: https://youtu.be/2dBktWBWGjE

I can't find the display offset adjustment in the settings menu. It may not be available in the latest version of Android Auto.
