VLine VL2 System for CarPlay® and Android Auto® for select Audi |
We are happy to announce the pre-order for the VLine VL2 system for integration of CarPlay and Android Auto into select Audi vehicles. The compatible vehicles list includes:
- Audi A4/S4 2009-2016 (Concert or Symphony Radio 6.5" Screen)
- Audi A5/S5/RS5 2009-2016 (Concert or Symphony Radio 6.5" Screen)
- Audi Q5/SQ5 2009-2017 (Concert or Symphony Radio 6.5" Screen)
- Audi Allroad 2009-2016 (Concert or Symphony Radio 6.5" Screen)
- Audi Avant 2009-2016 (Concert or Symphony Radio 6.5" Screen)
All the above-listed vehicles should not have factory navigation. We started the pre-order for the VLine VL2 system for Audi with the expected ship date of June 10th, 2023. Save $150 on the early-bird pre-order pricing until June 1st, 2023.

Sometimes, too many apps are open when using VLine VL2 Android System. Some apps run in the background without you knowing it. With a recent firmware update, we released the Close Apps function, allowing you to close all open apps simultaneously.

Sometimes you want to reset your wireless Android Auto connection, especially when the smartphone OS system gets updated. Watch the video to learn how to reset the wireless Android Auto connection on a VLine VL2 or VLite VT2 system.
In this video, we show simple operations of NIS9VT2 model of the VLite VT2 system in Infiniti G37 2010-2013, with factory navigation. The touchscreen in this vehicle allows for easy operation of CarPlay and Android Auto functions.
Watch the step-by-step installation of the VLine VL2 system into the Lexus LS 460 600H 2013 - 2014, and the CarPlay and Android Auto operation on the factory stereo of this vehicle.
On some "older" stereos, the CarPlay / Android Auto and VLine User Interface might look slightly "washed out" after installation. The factory screen settings might not be fully optimized for the CarPlay and Android Auto colors.
Adjust the display brightness and contrast to your liking and best performance while in CarPlay or Android Auto mode. If available, you can do it using the display button or by going back to the Factory UI for the VLine mode.
This function is possible on some, but not all stereos. Check our forum post for how to. We will keep updating this post with more information.
