I have a HON3VL2 installed on a 2018 Acura RDX.
I got the latest firmware for GROM-VL2-HON3 which was still pointing to https://gromaudio.com/downloads/firm...l1_hon3_27.hex in the following page:
https://gromaudio.com/software-vl2.html
When I inserted the USB, I got a prompt to upgrade to the newer version of firmware. After reading the USB for more than 30 minutes, the display still stays off.
Now, when I want to restart the firmware update, there is no screen to proceed. Can someone from Grom audio please help so that I can safely use the car again?
If others have come across this issue and know of a solution, please help out with suggestions.
