Audio signal lost

Hallo,
first of all sorry for my english.i am from germnay and have installed the grom VL2 into my lexus rx450h 2018.my issue is,that the audio signal sometimes not working.even i put the aux mode.everything is correct installed.and if i reboot or restart my car the audio signal comes again.sometimes when i push the Media button on the stereo it comes again,or lost it again.when i put the car in the reverse gear,the audio signal lost sometimes too.
Somebody know or has the same problem? And fix it maybee?
