      Hello,

For the 2020 Lexus CT with nav non-US specs, you need the LEX9L model of VLine VL2. You need to ensure the firmware on the module is correct, and the sticker at the back of the VLite says "LEX9L". Here is what is compatible with your vehicle:

      https://gromaudio.com/store/all-lex9l.html

During installation, it's important to connect the GVMF video cable at the back of the display, not the stereo.

IMPORTANT STEPS TO PERFORM AFTER INSTALLATION!
Turning OFF Auto Screen Change in Factory Settings.
For VLINE mode to function correctly the “Auto Screen Change” option in the Lexus Infotainment system needs to be “OFF”. If this function is not turned off while using VLine, the image will switch automatically to factory UI screens on its own after 10-15 seconds have passed. To turn this function OFF:
      1. Press MENU button > then go into SETUP > select GENERAL
      2. Scroll down until you see the option line AUTO SCREEN CHANGE.
      3. Select OFF for AUTO SCREEN CHANGE. Make sure to hit SAVE.

Check to ensure your Auto Screen Change function is off.

The VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 in your vehicle takes over the AUX mode of the stereo, so you need to enter AUX on your stereo to access the VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 mode.

      Hope this information will help.
