Grom not working

So while on my 20 hour trip, my grom v2 stopped working. I went back on the source screen to look for the aux source which my grom is connected to but it no longer shows. Also, my screen flickers non stop when using other sources than the grom. My Lexus is a 2020 gx460. Please help.
