No longer connected to screen of '04 Land Cruiser

One month ago had vline installed in 04 LC for 1200 mile trip up into northern Maine. Was working great until 50 miles into the trip, then no connection. Vline stopped loading onto OEM screen. Zero connection. System was set up so the disc button on dash would turn on vline, but all I gat enow is "no disk" message. The OEM screen is no showing anything vline. Did search here but didn't find any similar condition

Help, trips, rumors, links to similar problem all welcome please! TIA

Can you please check if there is green LED light inside the VLine when the car is on? Want to make sure the unit still gets the power.
