  • Android Auto unavailable via wired or wireless

I've been having this issue ever since Android got rid of Android Auto for Phone Screens. Using my Samsung Galaxy S10+ on thr most recent update and for the last 6 months leading up to this, my Android Auto will only work for a few days before it disconnects and is no longer available. I traditionally run Android Auto from the USB connection to charge my phone at the same time. I can only re-establish the Android Auto functionality by unplugging thr Vline 2 and plugging it back in, a hard reset it you will. This will immediately restore functionality without any changes to my phone which tells me the issue is with the Vline unit.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is anyone in development aware of this issue or a workaround? Its gotten to the point im about ready to wire a toggle switch into the wiring harness to make resets easier while driving since I can't reach into the glove box while going down the interstate.

Please make sure that you are on the latest firmware with VLine. To do so:
    1. Connect VLine to the internet
    2. Go to Settings --> System --> Updates

Tap "check for updates" and apply all available updates. It should help.
