Successful installed the VLine in our 2010 Lexus GX460 yesterday. We made multiple drives after and everything worked perfectly. This morning the system will not recognize any phone. Restarted the phones and switched out the wire with no change. I am baffled as to what could have changed overnight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Is that wired or wireless connection?
If you go to the CarPlay or Android Auto settings, does it show "Show UI" button at the top right hand corner?

Also you can tap on the "Support" icon on VLine screen and follow to the suggestions listed there.
