2017 Lexus GX460, apple Carplay icon is green. but UI never shows up.
For iPhone 12 pro - iOS 16.1
when the phone connects to USB1, the Carplay icon is Green for 1 min, and then turns Gray again. Either Bluetooth or USB wired doesn't work, but it can recognize the phone is connected.
For iPhone 8plus - iOS 14
It works via USB1, but if you try the wireless method is still stuck on "Waiting on CarPlay UI".
Have done a lot of research and tried to reset to the factory setting again and again, but it seems VL2 might be having a problem communicating with the new iOS 16.
Also, request a Support Ticket via the technical support website, but still waiting for the answer. ticket #310622, if anyone has the same issue, and fix it. please let me know, thanks.
