Vline VL2 Mic sounds like robot. Have tried plugging a known working mic into the 3.5mm jack and it’s having the exact same issue. It’s been this way since I’ve bought the unit

More information is needed regarding how exactly you use the microphone when it sounds robotic. Is it when you make the phone calls, and the other people hear you as "robotic"? Do you use CarPlay?
