Grom Vline VL2 compatibility with Australian '03 Toyota Landcruiser - Model UZJ 100R

Hi Gromaudio forum people. I wonder if the Grom Vline VL2 is plug and play compatible with my Australian '03 Toyota Landcruiser - Model UZJ 100R-GNAEKQ Sahara?

What would be the best way to purchase the unit, I reached out to GROM asking for an Australian retailer but there does not seem to be one?

Yes, factory DVD reader navigation sitting under the passenger seat and a 6 stacked CD audio player under the drivers seat. No bluetooth though.
Skot over at Cushie Audio is very helpful, thank you. It appears the VLine V2 is not compatible with my car. A Grom USB3 with the Bluetoth dongle extension will plug and play.
