Black Screen Lexus Ct200h

I just installed the v-line 2 about 2-3 weeks ago and have had no issues at all. Today (first day below 40F in Dallas) when I went out to my vehicle the screen was black and would not turn on. Radio and etc still works, just no screen image(vline or non vline). I power cycled the car, plugged and unplugged the display cable and still have gotten no image.

Are there any trouble shooting steps I can take to resolve this?

Try to unplug the power and display cables from the unit, and leave both unplugged from the unit for 5 minutes. Then replug everything back. If the screen comes back, update the VLine VL2 system to the latest available firmware and software. Here is how to:
