Can you move a LEX7VL2 from a 2013 CT200h to a 2014 GS350?

It should work just fine. Also, you might need the latest version of the power interface cable MCFLEX78. The LEX7VL2 and LEX89VL2 were recently merged into LEX78VL2. Check the compatibility here:

I just picked up a LEX89VL2, It came with WFCLEX789. I can't get to the Vline screen and my screen just blinks. I installed it in a 2015 GS350. Do I need to change out the power cable?Comment

The MCFLEX789 is the correct cable for the 2015 Lexus GS350. Please ensure that the unit itself says "LEX78VL2" at the back of it (on the silver sticker). Also, ensure that you connected the GVMF video cable at the back of the display, and not at the back of the stereo. There might be the same plug at the back of the stereo that will fit the GVMF cable, but you need to connect to the back of the display. Here is the link to the install manual:

Update I tried to update the harness myself and that didn't work, so I ordered a new one and that did the trick.Comment
