Important install tip - Always connect the GVMF video cable at the back of the display (and not the stereo) when installing GROM VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 into Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac cars. Please don't hard-bend or pinch the video cable during the installation.

In this video, we show how to connect and test the REV wire on C-MCFHA3 power cable to the reverse in the car. This connection is REQUIRED for the VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 to work in Acura and Honda.

You connect the REV wire with the Posi-Tap clip and test it with the multimeter.

You can integrate factory USB port, available in compatible Acura and Honda cars, with VLine VL2 / VLite VT2 for CarPlay and Android Auto connection via USB. You will need the C-VTOYUSB Factory USB Retention Cable.

How to adjust display brightness / contrast for VLine VL2 / VLite VT2

The CarPlay / Android Auto and VLine User Interface might look slightly "washed out" after installation on some lower res stereos. It mainly applies to "older" Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, and Infiniti stereos.
