How to add touchscreen to Volvo S60 S80 V40 V60 XC60 2015-2018 car stereo

In this video, we go over the installation steps for the touchscreen overlay for Volvo S60 S80 V40 V60 XC60 2015 2016 2017 2018 OEM factory car stereo. The touchscreen overlay is integrated into Volvo car stereo, using the VLine VL2 CarPlay® Android Auto® System.

The touchscreen overlay will add the touch capability to the Volvo car stereo. The touchscreen overlay is not required for the VLine VL2 CarPlay Android Auto system for Volvo factory stereo to work, as the system integrates with the factory stereo knob controls.

Supported vehicles include:

- Volvo S60 2015 - 2018 (Sensus Connect 7 inch and Internet/Globe button)
- Volvo S80 2015 - 2018 (Sensus Connect 7 inch and Internet/Globe button)
- Volvo V40 2015 - 2018 (Sensus Connect 7 inch and Internet/Globe button)
- Volvo V60 2015 - 2018 (Sensus Connect 7 inch and Internet/Globe button)
- Volvo XC60 2015 - 2018 (Sensus Connect 7 inch and Internet/Globe button)

Once the VLine is connected to your factory Volvo car stereo, you get the following functionality:

CarPlay® and Android Auto® fully integrated into your factory Volvo stereo system:
- Wired and wireless integration
- Control from car stereo, steering wheel
- Fully integrated with factory knob control
- Maps, music, phone calls (for CarPlay only, with Android Auto use factory stereo for calls)
- Siri and Google Assistant Voice commands

In addition to CarPlay® and Android Auto®, the VLine VL2 system offers fully functional Android interface where you can install any application to work on your factory car stereo. It includes music apps such as Spotify, Pandora, and others, maps such as Google and Waze, and any other apps of your choice.

Music:
- Spotify
- Web Radio
- Music stored on USB plugins
To play the music from the internet directly into your car stereo system, see cover art and text, browse by genres, playlists, favorites and more.

Maps:
- Have Google Maps or Waze displayed directly on your car stereo screen;
- the ability to get navigation and real time traffic updates directly on your car stereo screen;
-use voice command to start navigation

Voice Commands:
- use your voice to start navigation;
- use your voice to find the music that you want to listen to.

Bluetooth music streaming:
- pair your phone via Bluetooth to stream the music, see cover art and music titles

Access to other Google play apps
Access to Google play for other Android apps - directly on your car stereo!

The VLine VL2 System seamlessly into your factory car stereo. You can use the touch screen (where applicable), car stereo, factory knob or joystick, and steering wheel controls to operate the VLine.
