For the orders within the USA (except Military Mail and Hawaii):
- USPS Standard - December 17th 12 p.m. CST
- USPS Priority - December 18th 12 p.m. CST
- FedEx Priority 2 Day - December 19th 12 p.m. CST
- USPS Express - December 19th 12 p.m. CST
- FedEx Express - December 20th 12 p.m. CST
Overseas military mail (USPS only):
- APO/FPO Delivery - December 10th 12 p.m. CST (except ZIPs 093)
Canada:
- UPS/FedEx Canada - December 16th 12 p.m. CST**
Other countries and destinations**:

* While we will do our best to fulfill your holiday orders on time, we are not responsible for the delays caused by shipping carriers or inclement weather.
** International orders might be delayed by the customs clearance process or other carrier issues that are beyond our control.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once you place your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it. Contact us via email or chat and request to cancel. Some orders cannot be canceled if they are already submitted for the processing.
You can always return the order to us for a refund.

- Standard orders are shipped within one business day; Priority and Express orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 11 AM CST.
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and US Holidays.
- We will notify you about any backorders within the next one business day after the payment is received.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping time is estimated and not guaranteed.
- All orders are shipped from GROM Audio warehouse in Plano, TX 75093, USA.
- Shipping cost not refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.

Canada Shipping Shipping to Canada with DHL, FedEx, or UPS Expedited. The rates below do not include import tax, HST/GST, and brokerage fees. They are charged separately by the carrier at the time of the delivery. The imports are also duty-free as the products are made in the USA.
All Canadian sales taxes and brokerage fees are solely the customers responsibility. GROM Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
