Order Cancellation Policy
Once you place your order you have 30 minutes to cancel it. Simply contact us via email or chat and request to cancel. Some orders cannot be cancelled, if they are already submitted for the processing. You can always return the order back to us for the refund.

GROM Audio Shipping Rates and Services
- Standard orders are shipped within 1 business day, Priority and Express orders are shipped on the same day if they were placed before 11 AM CST.
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays.
- We will notify you about any backorders within next 1 business day after the payment is received.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping time is estimated and not guaranteed.
- All orders are shipped from GROM Audio warehouse in Plano, TX 75093, USA.
- Shipping cost not refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.

Shipping to Canada with DHL, FedEx or UPS Expedited. The rates below do not include import tax, HST/GST and brokerage fee. They are charged separately by the carrier at the time of the delivery. The imports are also duty free as the products are made in USA.
All Canadian sales taxes and brokerage fees are solely responsibility of the customer. GROM Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. To speed up the customs please make sure to provide us with your contact phone number.
