“Kaizen” is the Japanese word for improvement. As a philosophy, it is the discipline of incessant progress. It was introduced to the West initially by Masaaki Imai in his book Kaizen: The Key to Japan’s Competitive Success in 1986.
GROM Audio’s goals are in-tune this concept.
